Shipping policy
We charge the following amounts for shipping:

Where an item is in stock, all orders received before 2 pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day.
Standard delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail or courier depending on the size of the order. All express delivery orders are sent by UPS or DHL. We notify you with the tracking number once your order ships. Time definite and Saturday delivery options to most mainland and non-remote destinations are also available for urgent orders (see shopping cart for pricing).
We don't charge any extra for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, remote areas and non-mainland destinations but delivery times are a minimum of 48 hours.

Overseas delivery times for economy services are only for guidance and cannot be guaranteed.
Returns policy
All products purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided that they have not been opened. We will provide a full refund less shipping charges incurred by us.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened or custom-made products.²
Goods must be returned to us in original saleable condition using your carrier of choice. We recommend using Special Delivery or equivalent insured service.
