Shipping policy

We charge the following amounts for shipping:

All UK destinations (except Channel Islands) Cost

 - Saturday delivery £ 11.95 inc VAT
 - Saturday pre-12.00 £ 19.95 inc VAT

Please note that our order cut-off time for express deliveries is 2pm.

Standard delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail or courier depending on the size of the order. All express delivery orders are sent by UPS, DHL or Interlink Express (1 hr delivery window). We notify you with the tracking number once your order has been despatched. You will also receive an email (and text message if you supply your mobile number) of your 1 hr delivery window if appropriate.

We don't charge any extra for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, remote areas and non-mainland destinations but delivery times are a minimum of 48 hours.

Shipments to the Channel Islands are either by Royal Mail (parcels under 1kg only - £3.75 exc VAT) or by courier (£10.00 exc VAT).

* Prices for economy delivery are valid for orders up to 30kg. Prices for economy delivery orders above 30kg and for all express delivery orders will be automatically calculated by the shopping cart.

Overseas delivery times for economy services are only for guidance and cannot be guaranteed.


Returns policy

All goods purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided that they have not been opened.

Before returning anything to us, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. As the RMA number enables us to track your return, we are unable accept any returns without one.

Goods must be returned to us, at your own cost, in original saleable condition using your carrier of choice. We recommend using an insured delivery service. Once we receive the returned goods, they will be checked and a full or partial refund will be processed including original standard delivery charges (as appropriate).

We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened or custom-made products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
