We charge the following amounts for shipping:

All prices above include VAT.
All next day deliveries are sent via UPS Express with guaranteed delivery by the end of next business day. We notify you with the tracking number once your order ships. Time definite and Saturday delivery options are also available for urgent orders. We do not charge any extra for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and non-mainland destinations but delivery times are a minimum of 48 hours.
Where an item is in stock, all orders received before 2 pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when it can be expected.

Returns policy
All products purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided that they have not been opened. We will provide a full refund less shipping charges incurred by us.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened or custom-made products.#
Goods must be returned to us in original saleable condition using your carrier of choice. We recommend using Special Delivery or equivalent insured service.
