Shipping policy
We charge the following amounts for shipping:

All prices above include VAT.
All next day deliveries are via UPS Express with guaranteed delivery by the end of next business day. We notify you with the tracking number once your order ships. Time definite and Saturday delivery options are also available for urgent orders. Next day delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands and certain non-mainland destinations.
Where an item is in stock, all orders received before 2 pm Mon - Fri are shipped the same day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when it can be expected.
To protect our customers from credit card fraud, your first order with us can only be shipped to the address where your credit card is registered. If you are a new customer with a different delivery address, please contact us.

Delivery times are not guaranteed for economy services.
Returns policy
All products purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided that they have not been opened. We will provide a full refund less shipping charges incurred by us.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened or custom-made products.#
Goods must be returned to us in original saleable condition using your carrier of choice. We recommend using Special Delivery or equivalent insured service.
