Shipping policy
We charge the following amounts for shipping:

Where an item is in stock, all orders received before 14.00 hrs Mon - Fri are shipped the same day. Orders received outside of these times are shipped the next working day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when it can be expected.
To protect our customers from credit card fraud, your first order with us can only be shipped to the address where your credit card is registered.
Returns policy
All products purchased from us may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided that they have not been opened. We will provide a full refund less actual shipping charges incurred by us.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of opened or custom-made products.
Goods must be returned to us in original saleable condition using your carrier of choice. We recommend using an insured delivery service.
